Umm...
ermmm...

Put it this way... 1:24/25 will usually get you near the front of the
grid...
But the best I've seen is 1:20.xx

(I'm in the 24's in a Ferrari, btw)

In the real 1967 South African GP Jack Brabham had pole position at 1:28.3,
and the fastest lap in the race (Denny Hulme) was 1:29.9.
So, if GPL was an accurate simulation you would be doing fine!
