you can run (practice and/or race) indycars from ICR II on tracks in the
NASCAR game by simply copying the track subdirectory from NASCAR to the
tracks directory of INDYCAR.

as previously mentioned, there are some exceptions..

1. you cant race at Bristol or Richmond
2. you cant practice at Taladega
