part. Sure take 2 drivers of equal talent & the one who gets the most time
will have the advantage. I know from my own experience how surprised I have
been to keep on reducing times at tracks.
Clearly if I could have condensed several months playing into several days,
then I would have had an advantage over my competitors, and on the
assumption I would continue to improve (albeit at a slower rate) be
significantly faster than I am now.
Some of the quickest GPL drivers have spent an enormous amount of time
improving their times, but even if I was to devote the rest of my life to
GPL I accept they will still be ahead of me :-(
