You don't know Albaby that well do you?  Its always Halloween!  ROFLMAO

BTW...  PEARL HARBOR ROCKED!!!!   =)

The local PH veterans group gave it a thumbs up although they said it would
have been impossible for them to recreate the bombing accurately, "they came
very close from our perspective".   Two of our locals were in the room when
they detected the planes coming in and their report was "dismissed" as
friendlies.

Interesting stuff and even though I thought I was going to be bored with 2hr
45min of sappy love story and 15 min of action... the 3 hours went by very
quickly and I enjoyed the whole film as did my wife and the other 2 people
we went with.

Hi all,

I would pay the 100$ US for WSC, no sweat. Even more, if it turns out to be
everything it is promising to be.

But there is, I think, a way to please everyone and get good sales...how about
making it in 2 different versions?

1 - The normal game, with all the normal things, for the normal market, for the
normal price, and...

2 - A "simmers" Pack, with editing tools, paintshops, track editors, car
editors, plus a few "fantasy" sample files, and all the manuals, for a premium
price.

Big sales volume would come from the normal version, which could be more
user-friendly, simpler and full of mass-market appealling items, and the
*** simmers would pay the premium for all the stuff that would make it a
long-life, much loved product!

(Is this whisful thinking or what?)

Excellent idea.  This is what MS do with their Flight Sim series, FS 2000
for 30 and FS 2000 Pro was about 45 IIRC, with more planes, options and
detail.

If the 'budget/arcade racers' version could appeal to the Sports Car GT /
GT3 / F355 Challenge market, it could do a lot for sales.  Another option
would be to have the editors, plus a few extra cars and tracks released six
months later as an add-on pack for another 20 or so.

I'm sure the developers could squeeze more requirements into their
schedule....NOT  ;)

The term "sheep!" comes to mind,

Ok, so thats a bit hash but come on, even if this sim does turn up and is
any good, nothing is worth that money.
And as I have said over and over, we have nothing to show that "it is that
good".

Don't count your chickens lads....
Surely you should all know that by now,
i.e. Eidos, UbiSoft (though sometimes pretty decent), Microprose (SOS) and
ugh, Playstations "sims" featuresing "real physics", etc....
