Let's see who IS the fastest driver at Imola.  There are a few rules
that one must follow:

1) Practice and Qualifying time must be set to 15 mins.

2) The default setup must be used:

   FW=40  RW=40  Brakes=0    24  32  39  46  53  61

3) The human car's HP must be set to 716.

4) For Practice, C tires must be used.

5) For Qualifying, Q tires must be used.

6) The 15 min Practice session is the only time you are allowed to
   drive on the track with this setup.  Use this time to adjust to the
   setup and get warmed up for the Q tires.

7) The 15 min Qualifying session is the only time you are allowed to
   drive with Q tires on the car.  You may use as many or as few Q
   tires as you want.

   Hint - The 15 min session probably won't be long enough to get
   through all 4 sets of tires anyway.

8) Use GPLAP to record your times.  Also send the authentication code
   for your fastest laps.

9) DO NOT MAIL YOUR TIMES TO ME.  Upload them here in public for
   everybody to grope over.  It's only for fun anyway (and bragging
   rights, of course ;).

PS - This is all based on the honor system.  If you want to send in time,
please be honest about it.  We'll know if you cheated anyway.  ;)

I was right in the middle of a good qualfying run when the session ended
on me.  I think that I would have had another 1m18 lap, but the time ran
out as I was on my way to Variante Bassa.  Man, another 10s and I
probably would have had another 1m18.

Overall, this is not really a bad setup to drive on this track.  It
handles about the same as my regular setup (which I can run 1m16.0s laps
with).  I found it to have only a slight push.  I'd have expected it to
really push bad, but that wasn't the case.

As you can tell by my Practice times, this car is not very consistent on
C tires.  I did a LOT better as far as consistancy is concerned once the
Q tires went on.

So, as you can see, 1m18s laps are indeed possible with the default setup
at Imola.
