Hello,

I was wondering, do you know of any web-site providing profile images of
F1-cars through history. What i mean is pictures/drawings where the car in not
in prespective, but directly from left or right.

I am planning to make an morphing-avi showing chassis development history.

Or maybe this is just silly.

I'm crossposting to rec.autos.simulators because after GPL it seems to be a
bigger interest in historic F1-cars

Thanks for your input.

Try http://www.ddavid.com/formula1/rcg.htm
quite a few cars there, and most of them have a profile drawing :-)

Thanks. The pictures was perfect for my purpose, and I ended up wasting the
whole yesterday evening. I have now finished 1907 to 1950. I hope it will be
finished this week, and if it's not too large i may put it on a wedsite.

For drawings of F1 cars directly from the side,
you might try the yearly editions of Autocourse.
Several of their years have it.
One of my Automobile Years in the early 80s
also had the side perspectives.
