Actually - the only indycar1 track that can be converted is the Indy track
from the expansion pack. There is no converted for NASCAR 1 to INDYCAR 1.
However, the INDYCAR 2 tracks and the NASCAR Racing 1 tracks can be
converted and used across games.

Yeah, I've seen the converter for this, but the funny thing is, is
that my copy of Indycar 1 did not come with Indianapolis track....Yes,
I do have the expantion tracks, they all came together on one CD. I
have a total of 15 tracks, and no Indy? whats that all about?

There were two "track packs," one with ONLY Indianapolis (fairly well
a collector's item now), and the other with somewhere around 7 tracks
on it.

(Putting on my most charitable voice), Indy has some, uh,
*restrictive* ideas about how the Indy track should be licensed to
users...

The original ICR1 (11/93) had only eight tracks. In May '94, they
released *two* add-on packs: the "ICR Track Pack" (7 more tracks) and
the "Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Paintkit". Apparently Papyrus'
license with IMS only covered the single release of the IMS track
package. When the extra tracks (and the Paintkit) were bundled with
ICR1, the IMS track was left out. The only (legal) way to get IMS is
to find the original IMS track pack on some dusty software shelf.

Pick one or more: Model Rockets (competition-NERCB) / PCs (even Atari!) /
Papyrus ICR-ICR2-NCR / Who needs a life when you have multiple non-lives?

You have to buy Indy seperatly from the other tracks. It was sold as
a single track.
