I use the MSFF wheel (the red USB one) that I got just when they
stopped making them. Thing works like a champ, have lots of hours of
racing with it, and expect to have many more. Work out your driver
issues and save a few bucks.

FWIW, I am rather satisfied with the clamps the MOMO DFP comes with, but
then I don't have a desk with round edges. They tighten great, the wheel
doesn't budge even with massive FF effects or steering input.

Uwe,

Some of us like to compute without putting dents in our fore-arms :)

Me too! Windows is for *** only as you surely know, I do all my
computing on the Linux machine situated next to my windows *** box.
No dents in fore-arms, keyboard within easy reach, yada yada ;) This
way, the steering wheel can remain attached to the desk permanently.
Cool, eh? ;)

All the best, Uwe

You eschew cru, Uwe.

Similarly, I undertake all of my computing requisites on the semiplume
feathers of a small frigatebird that I have come to name Angus.

I knew some weird stuff can be done in LISP, but this beats them all.
