N2 - trouble with Thrustmaster GP1

by Paul Dudle » Thu, 07 Jan 1999 04:00:00

Ever since my PC was upgraded from Win95 to Win98 the paddles that
I used for braking and accelerating in N2 have not been recognised by
N2.

I am using a Thrustmaster GP1 wheel with the adapter. The paddles are
still
recognised in Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator and GP2.

Any suggestions?

Thanks
Paul Dudley

Hey Paul,
I just got N99, and use a GP1 wheel.  I also run Win98.  I don't use the
adapter for the wheel.  Try unpluging the adapter, and see if that helps.

You might want to try installing Thrustmaster's ProPanel.  Maybe there's
something amiss with Win98's game controller applet.
