Last semi-official thing I've heard is July. (not holding my breath)

  Hi Scott,
    The newsgroup is :  localnews.ten.net

    There is a section there that is labeled Nascar. Not much posting going
 on at the moment. I have not seen any "official" posts there by anyone  from
  TEN.
     There's no more news there than there is here, just less to wade through.

Scott there is a newsgroup but it is on a TEN news server.  I think
the name of the server is  localnews.ten.net but there have been few
postings in the nascar group.  I followed the group for two weeks and
there were about 10 postings in that time, none of them particularly
newsworthy.
