NR1999 was somewhat of an oddball.  The Windows Executable finally bought
compatibility with DirectX, and Digital Wheels.  This was really starting to
become an issue about this time.

However, (and this was not clearly indicated on the box), Online racing was
STILL via the old DOS executable, and didn't have any improvements
whatsoever.

It was two, two, two games in one :)
