Problems with Pocono for ICR2

Whenever I run Pocono for ICR I frequently get a Dos/4GW professional error.  
It seems to occur as I exit turn 4 and enter the front straight.  I have tried
new lps/old lps/, patch or no patch and it doesn't make any difference.  I am
running on Win95 with no drivers installed.  Any body else have this problem?  
Any suggestions?

Would a DOS-boot mode work?  Just a thought...I'd stay away from Win95
if given a choice, just from all of the benchmarks/ reports/ opinions/
comments around here...
