A Pocono ICR2 Flatout setup!!!

I have a very cheap little problem with pocono.  Even though I rememeber
that since this is 2.5 mi, it is a flat-out track,  I have enough problem
even getting around, for the wings are the Homestead wings.  Can someone
set up my car according to these controls:

Gas-TAB
Right turn-right arrow
Left turn-left arrow
brake-s
I use autoshifting.

Who says it's flat out?  I lift going into turn one.  The rest is flat
out, yes, but not turn one.

Ok, maybe you can make a setup that CAN go flat out, but I'll bet it won't
produce very quick lap times.

If I remember correcttly, Turn 1 at Pocono has the steepest banking.
Any idea why of all the turns, you have to lift going into 1 while 2
and 3 are flat out?

Turn one is the tightest turn, and it follows a very long
straightaway. Turn three is also somewhat tight, but the straight
leading up to it is relatively short.

I'd like a setup that would slide Turn One in Pocono and handle the track
the same way in Turn 3.

because T1 is a mild hairpin turn. If you know your Algebra, you would
know that the Front Straight is the Hipotinuse of the Tri and therefore
T1 is the sharpest angle....or did you take Algebra?
