I've reinstalled DirectX & Toca2 Demo (even tried a different directory)
still no luck!!
Anyone got any ideas!! (I am desperate!!)

Sorry I can't help you. My demo won't run either. I get the following when I
try to run the demo: "setup unable to find installation language in
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\TOCA2D~1\setup.LID file"

Codemasters have it on their web site. Simracing.com also. Chuck
I have the same problem. After downloading this thing for 2hrs it really
pissed me off too. Anybody know anything about how to fix this?!?!?!?!?!

Hope that helps someone. I solved the original problem by editing the
Registry & changing the CardHintType(or something like that) from ffffffff
to 00000001 & the game now runs, still can't use the Launcher to set up the
card etc.
