Help! Can Join but not Host from behind a gateway NAT machine

I'm hoping someone out there has experience with GPL and WinVroc on LANs
with a NAT (network address translation) gateway. I am using software called
NAT32 which works great for sharing my cable modem connection between
multiple pc's. After reading Allison Hines instructions for setting up
behind a Sygate NAT machine, I went at setting it up for hours, but can only
Join not Host races. I have the NAT machine configured to forward all
incoming packets with a port address of 32766 to 32786 to the GPL Host
machine as well as preserving the port number on outgoing packets. Anyone
dealt with this problem?
