Fixing Thrustmaster wheels to work with Diamond Monster Sound/Aureal game port

This would mean that only Thrustmaster wires its stuff the way it should be
wired. VCC1 (pin 1) is meant for x-axis 1, VCC2 (pin 8) for y-axis 1,
VCC3 (pin 9) for x-axis 2 and VCC4 (pin 15) for y-axis 2.
The main problem here is that card manufacturers use one or more of these
supply lines (and possibly some the three ground lines too) for other functions.
Like SoundBlaster uses VCC4 for Midi (on the SB Pro at least).
But at the meantime you have supplied me with some invaluable info, because I
currently have something in development to be connected to the game port. I'll
just have to see wether everything keeps working flawlessly if it is all
connected to VCC1, which will probably be supplied from any card.
