Care to share some of your driving tips?  Or best times/speeds at each
track?  It'll give me something to shoot for.

Marc.

The point is that they vary from track to track--wildly.  I would be
delighted if I could set the AI % at each track.  I don't want to have to
have a spreadsheet beside me to assist in changing the % every time I go
from one track to the next.

With only a dozen or so laps at each track (but giving the AI lots of time
to run their best laps) here are my positions (all at 100%): Talladega - 1;
Homestead - 3; Rockingham - 43; Las Vegas - 43.  At other tracks, I have
driven hundreds of laps with various set-ups and am 43rd.  I just don't
believe I could run 3rd at Homestead after 10 laps, but not be able to at
least run with the field at Atlanta after 200 laps.  I have lots of
experience with racing sims and unlike GPL, where I could easily tell why I
was slower than the AI (when I was), I don't have that with N4....yet
anyways.

If all these other guys can do it, I will be able to as well.  But plugging
in a new set-up makes an enormous difference in lap times/speeds.  I have
gone from 50 or 100 laps and the best being 3 mph per lap slower than car 42
to a position in the low 30's on the first (non-out) lap with a better
set-up.  It's like night and day.

Marc.

With a little tweaking to the Qualifying setup, I was able to run a 192.xxx in
40 degrees, no wind.  And I didn't come anywhere near getting the most out of
the car.  It's hard to nail a lap at the 1.5 milers!
