The solution is quite simple: solder or plug an additional wire (say a
black one) to the unused terminator on your brake and throttle pots,
unplug the red wires where they go into the little plastic thingies in
the pedal base, stick the other end of the black wires into there and
your axes should be reversed in movement.

If it's only your brake axis that is "reversed", you'll have to do
this modification on the brake pedal only; you can leave the throttle
alone in this case.

All other sims featuring decent controller routines should be ok with
a simple re-calibration.

If you want to go back to the old setup unplug the black wires and
stick the red ones in again.

I have a TSW with the USB upgrade installed.  My pots have 3 wires: red,
white and blue.  To reverse the axis all you have to do is switch the
red and blue wires of your brake pot in the plastic terminals--no
soldering required.  Of course, if you do this you'll lose the ability
to use combined axis on the wheel.
