Oh Noooo!! Finally I managed to run into this stupid glide 2.54 trap. Frozen mouse pointer and locked system in the GPL menue screen. I know there is a patch to fix this but I forgot how and where??
Please can someone give me a hint?

Try the 2.56 drivers they are awesome with GPL. Keep the Glide2x.Dll v2.53 handy you might need to put it in your gpl directory when you want to race through GSB. I know I need it.

I use the 2.56 drivers, but GPL keep crashing and menus locks up. I tried to put the Glide2x.Dll v2.53 driver in the GPL directory and it works fine. The graphics are better with the 2.56 driver, so hopefully GPL1.1 will solve the driver problem.

Jan, what version of DX6 are you running? I run 6.1 and have had no lockups or mouse trails that plagued GPL with 2.54 (offline). It would be nice if 3dfx or Papyrus would straighten this out.
