Is there a way to have (offline) race standings reported in time format?

Go to "Options" then to the "Other" tab.  It's there on the bottom right.

this doesn't work at the ingame screen here.
I'm getting time reports for practice, qualifying and happy hour.
Race standings are reported in speed format (km/h)
and are somewhat off.
i.e. california shows 85 km/h for the frontrunning car.
the format of race report doesn't react to changes in the options menue
here.
AI is 90 % and cars are doing normal speeds when I drive with them.

Any ideas?
