hello

ok I know I should get a wheel, but believe me I have no room for a
wheel.
I am currently using an MS SW prec pro and have learned that you can't
use pedals with this stick.  I am looking for a stick which has the
following: an 8 way hat/view switch, programmable functions, will work
with CH pedals, and has a throttle control (which can be disabled for
pedals).  I also do flight sims so I need a decent stick.

Any advice is appreciated

Sounds like the CH F-16 Fighterstick would meet those specifications
nicely.
