Could someone help me figure this out.Ive changed every 3d setting evert way you can and nothing seems to help.

nascar2003 season
this is the only sim it does it on.So I think its a setting that is in the game....mabe in the inn.file are something.

Check for any cache size setting in the game, and kill any antivirus progs you have running.
