I used this util, and it ends up doing squat. How can I get it to work? I
have the full install, blah, blah, blah. Please help.

Seems I got the same problem. Perhaps this works only with certain GP2
versions? e.g. the US, for I have only the European in German!

Delete f1gstate.* before you run gp2chnum.exe !
