ICR2 , Intergraph3D, and Win95

Hello,

I just installed the Rendition version of ICR2 on a Micron P200 with
Win95.  I have a T2 and now the steering has become quite slow, as
though the steering angle has been cut back to 5 degrees or so.  If I
push the steering angle to the maximum of 30 degrees the steering is
almost perfect but it still needs more.  

Anyone know what's causing this and the solution?
