How do you get SVGA on ICR2 in WIN95???

I recently purchased ICR2 and I really like it.  The only problem is that
in order to access the SVGA graphics in the program, I have to manually
back out to DOS-mode and start from the C:\ prompt using the " -h" switch
in the string Ex.( C:\...\...\indycar -h) When I use the shortcut that was
installed with the program, I get VGA.(bleah)  I have tried modifying the
shortcut  with the " -h" switch , and it doesn't like it at all!  I am a
WIN 95 novice , so any help would be really appreciated!!
