With the exception of the shifter, the new TM SuperSport is is, IMHO,
considerably better than the TM Pro.  I've owned two TM Pro's, and wore
em' both out, so I know :)

After getting by the psychological problems with the paddel shifter, I
learned that I actually prefer them.  It is easier to shift in corners
because you don't have to take your hands off the wheel, especially when
getting ass-ended by some numbskull at Martinsville at the same time :)

You should have gotten a disk with it ----  you may want to contact
THRUSTMASTER and tell them of that ----- they should send you one.

As far as wheels are concerned ------

I have really scoured the market (a friend worked at COMP USA) and I
feel the T2 is the best for the money.  I like the idea of the shiter
right down beside the wheel ----- I just casnnot get used to the
"paddle type" shifters on some models.

Also --- you can program one of the buttons on the console as the
clutch, and another to raise the arm in GPL and it is great.

Perhaps I am a purist -- and from the old school, but even with the
paddle type shifters and in GP2 I was almost always a half sec to sec
per lap slower than with the T2/

I know there are other companies that market wheels that are more
expensive ----- and I can speak of them as I have never tried them
----- But I feel there are a bunch of T2 rebuilds available for what
just one of those units cost ----- and I think the T2 cushioned
steering wheel is absolutely perfect and sits at the correct angle on
the desk
