You *aren't* the only one.  I doubt many folks who don't drive there have
figured it out.

Oh, you mean program problems.  That's the first time I've heard of that
attributed directly to that particular track.  It could either be a
memory manager conflict which would mean you might want to use a boot
disk, or it didn't install right.  Backup all your setting stuff plus
anything you've changed, including any carsets other than the one they
give you and do a re-install.

I have just got the Track Pack and I'm having problems at Sears Point.
During pre-season testing, after coming out of the garage having
completed some laps (so there is a windowed replay running) the game
crashes every time, sometimes with a dos extender error and sometimes
just*** my machine entirely. Has anyone else had this problem ?
Is it cured in the 1.21 patch ?

By the way, I'm completely ***at this track so any setup help would
also be gratefully received !

The bug your talking about is not unique to Sears Point, I've
seen it pop up at several other tracks. I don't think 1.21
fixes the problem(but I could be wrong). As a work around try
this - After completing your test laps do SHIFT R before hitting
the ESCAPE to get to the garage. I was turning laps last night
at Sears Point working on a setup myself, but I'm still "dialing
it in". Don't think your the only one that is "crap" at this
track, this track is hard. This track gives most of the Winston
cup drivers fits, and it was really interesting seeing the Super
Trucks negotiate the track back in October. Like most of the
tracks PRACTICE is the name of the game.
