Have just reinstalled this little gem on my machine, having just
reinstalled Nascar 3 on my PC and loved it - wanted some oval open-wheel
action :o)
I have an Athlon 750 with 128mg RAM running Win98, I have downloaded the
patch from V1 to V1.2 and the Dos2Win patch but cannot get it to run,
can anybody give me a detailed descrip of how to set it up and run???
Also I have a Modena 360 on my USB - will this still work through the
patched game?

Any help would be extremely greatfull - Thankyou.

  The only way the wheel will work is IF you get the windoze version
running.  The dos original program can't access usb or direct input devices.
I never messed with the patched windows version, but if you can track down
the repackaged CART RAcing(good luck) it has a fully patched and mostly bug
free windows installation.  That'd be the way to go.  Possibly the folks
over at The Sim Project might be able to help you, they stuck with ICR2 long
after the rest of the world.
  Two new patches are out in beta form that change Nascar Heat to Cart Heat
and F12k/F1CS2k to Cart 2000  & Cart 2001.  You might have better results
with the patched programs than good ol ICR2.
