There's a good site (the best) with a always actual list of updates for GPL:
http://gplpp.com/

> Does anyone know of a mirror site to get GPLAIM/GPLCSM? The author's
website has apparently been told to discontinue their download of the
binaries (I'm assuming because of bandwith used). I installed GPL after a 2
year hiatus this past week myself, and wanted to implement some of the great
work that's been put into some of these carsets, but the only place to dload
the utilities seems to have been from the author's page.
