The 1999 Edition works with my ACT Labs Force RS. No force effects, of
course, but it does work. If you can wait a little longer, maybe it would be
smart to hold out for N3.

I know my MS FF wheel will not work properly with my old DOS NASCAR2 by
Papyrus. My question is, is there an iteration (N99, 50th Anniv.) that will
support my MSFF wheel? I do not want an arcade gaem, either -- after a year
away from N2 (GPL, TOCA2, MGPRS) I am suddenly hit by the urge to race around
the ovals..... Any suggestions would be appreciated!

NR1999 works just fine with the MSFF wheel, that is the Windows version. No
trouble at all.

One addition is that the MSFF wheel will work in N99 single player, but the
multiplayer exe is still DOS based so it will not recognize the FF Wheel

The DOS Nascar99 will certainly see the digital FF wheel.
That is not the problem. The problem is that it will not
calibrate properly. All of these digital wheels will work in
a DOS box. My Logitech FF USB works fine in ICR2
for example...
