Without trying to ignite a console vs PC flame war I think it is
illustrative that the only CART games in the past couple of years are CART
Fury and DRIVEN for the PS2.  Lame Lame Lame.
Who is in charge of  marketing and handing out the licenses? What are they
thinking?

Probably all the *** licenses were signed long before anyone found out
how much of a turkey Driven was.
However...if you want a bigger fan base you have to grab younger
audiences...if CArt Fury or Driven attracts even a few new fans, then it may
be worth it in the end....
(you heard it here first folks, somebody standing up for Driven! lol)

They were fired, one of the few things Joe Heitzler has done right. Let's
hope
the new guy sees the value in creating a decent CART sim for the PC.

Yeah that's the only explanation I could think of - CART is trying to use
these arcade games to attract younger audiences. I'm dubious though: I think
Stallone is tres uncool to the kiddies nowadays. Of course the kiddies
probably don't say "uncool" either <g>.

You shouldn't put Descartes before Deshorse.
