Of course--it sounds great.  Not as great as N3 with the GPL engine, but I
am sure it will be a few notches above NR1999.  But the point is, NR1999
needs a patch now (or, in fact, a long time ago).  With all the focus on new
Nascar titles, it seems a lot less likely than ever that Papy will properly
support its existing products with patches.  I think the GPL upgrade patch
is a PR move to stem the tide of disapproval that will inevitably follow the
recent Nascar announcements.
