Soundcard Probs

Hi
I recently installed a Voodoo 3 2000 card in my system. This works like a
dream but now I can't get sound in DOS type sims like GP2 and Nascar2. I try
to detect the sound card in GP2 and N2 and it can't auto detect, and it
crashes when I try to select it manually. In the system info it says that
the soundcard isn't working properly cos the Voodoo 3 has taken some
resources and that I should disable a device such as the V3, LPT1 or some
thing linked with the souncard. Does this disable them for good or what.
Don't want to disable printer port to find it will no longer work if I try
to enable it later. Any help?

Thanks in advance
Andy

go into the system manager and try and change the soundcard settings
to something N2 is comfortable with.  usually something like 220h i5 and
3  then if there is a conflict with your voodoo, check it's settings and
use another irq other than 5.
