3dfx in nascar 2

I downloaded the 3dfex.exe from one of the sites the other day and tried to
load it on to Nascar 2 everything went well in the installation but there
are still no 3d fx in the game. Is there something else that I have to do to
get this to work? i.e.: a simple setting or something?

I have P 233mmx o/c 266 w/pure 3d video card, 64megs ram

Make sure you have Glide2x.ovl file in your N2 directory.  Just copy
the file from your pure 3d installation cd.

There is a different EXE file you need to use to run N2 in 3Dfx. Did you run
Nas3dfx.exe ????? But you also need to READ the readme file, as there are
certain settings you need to add to either the autoexec.bat file, or a
special N2 bat file you make.

    If you're using the DOS .exe, I think you still have to put "-3dfx" in
the command line for it.
