As much as I like 3dfx, 2xFSAA is more like what people will be using
(unless you're going to spring for a V5-6000). I wish more of the
V5-5500 previews included 2x shots, as 4x seems to have too big a hit
- down to Geforce FSAA levels ;).
I'll be getting a V5 eventually anyways, too many good Glide games I
still enjoy.
I'll wait until "someone said" becomes "Papyrus said" ;).

GPL engine - more like 36FPS cap, probably. This could actually be very
interesting. Up til now, most tests of T&L have shown a fast CPU can do
as good or better (in general), but with the N4(GPL) engine having to do
the physics calcs for 43 cars instead of 19, hardware T&L may prove to
be very useful. Only time will tell...
