ump***th time, the one with the footage of a red Viper coupe driving on some
twisty roads. I really like that movie, whoever put it together did a great
job.
Anyway, I had a nagging thought that some of the voice samples sounded familiar
to me. then it hit me: Star Trek IV - The Voyage Home! The samples of "Save
your energy, save yourselves" and "Generate power, to keep us alive" are from
the beginning of the film when the alien ship (or whatever it is) is moving
towards earth. The "Save your energy" is in a message from Starfleet for all
ships coming to earth to stay away. The "Generate Power" is from the starship
captain who has lost all ship power, who talks about his head engineer
constructing a solar sail. I'm still trying to figure out where the "We demand
justice!" line is from, it sounds familiar too but I can't place it. If anyone
figures it out, please speak up. :)
