or is it thief? don't support this scum. You don't buy Nascar2 and say
it was lousy to charge for it and then just give it to whoever wants it.
Either way you put it, you are a thief (or thief).

I just bought another Sierra game "Take-A-Break Pinball".  No where
on the box did it indicate that this game ran in a small window which
could not be resized to full size. Instead it said "Eight BIG games".
Not until I loaded it and ran it did I find out that it is a piece of
junk.  Of course, there is a "no return" policy on software so I'm stuck
with it..  Sierra has my money and I've got a piece of junk.  Who is the
thief in this case!!!!

Of course "caveat emptor" which says that the buyer alone is responsible
for assessing the quality of a purchase before buying is LEGAL.  But if
you don't provide the needed information to allow the buyer to assess
the quality and instead mislead and lie...is it moral?

Somewhere in the cards and literature that came with the game should be
Sierra's 30-day money back satisfaction offer.  You may have to pay
shipping one way, but Sierra will take it back if you are not happy
within 30 days of purchase.  For whatever reason....

Bzzzzzzzt! Wrong. Sierra has a 30-day satisfaction-guaranteed refund.
You might have to pay a buck to send it back. A buck's a *** on your
allowance, I'm sure -- but it's a helluva lot more m***than heisting
their copyrighted material.

Sierra has an unconditional money-back guarantee; just call 'em and pick
up something else that floats your boat.

God Bless,
Steve

Nope, I double checked.  There's no 30 day money back card in this
game.  There is a limited warranty notice that if the CD is damaged
they'll replace it free for 90 days.  Nothing else... But thanks for the
tip.  It was worth a try.

There is no return card, but you can still send the software back within
30 days and get your money back.

Sierra stands by their products; if there is no card, that doesn't mean
there isn't a return policy.
