Nascar2 replay additor, i know there is one but where??

hi!
since i would like to make one big replay to represent whole races but my pure
comp only can save 15 mins of a race i need this utility. but where on the net
is it? or am i completely wrong and it only exists for nascar 1?

The replay utility is only for N1 (sor far)...

Unfortunately, the format of the replay files was significantly changed for N2.
