Setup a VROC Server for Remote hosting on bootup?

I would like for my Remote server to return to the remote server state
after a reboot, so if the power fails, or it needs to be rebooted it
will be ready to be administered remotely when it reboots. Is this
possible?

I'm not sure if you can send WinVROC command lines to make it start
hosting again; however you can check out VNC to allow you to restart
WinVROC yourself.

Thanks, VNC is installed on the computer, just would like it to be
able to take care of itself, if possible.
