If you run a voodoo card (3dfx) pressing printscreen creates a file in
the GPL folder called GPLss01.pbf. Everytime you press it, you get
another picture. Convert them to tga with the pbf2tga.exe also in your
GPL folder.
If you have a card running openGL or D3D (TNT or Geforce), this doesn't
work. The files all come out as 0kb. So, you have 2 options.
1 - Press Alt+printscreen together to take a single snapshot. This is
held in the clipboard buffer. Open MSpaint or similar and paste it into
a new picture. You can only do one picture at a time like this though.
Good for snapping your name in lights on the race finishing newspaper.
2 - Get Hypersnap http://www.hyperionics.com/ This allows you to snap
several pictures just by pressing printscreen. It saves them in a folder
(designated by you). Very good but you have to have it running in the
background BEFORE you run GPL. ie, great for getting pictures from replays.
