I just came across a tribute to Senna on my computer last night so I of
course had to watch it.  Afterwards I went to race Catalunya in F1CS2K and
somehow, without changing from my usual setup, I beat my previous best time
by almost 4 seconds.  One of my stranger ways of improving lap times, but
hell I'll take it.

I've found that's true also. Watching a replay of someone else doing a fast lap
at a particular track seems to fill me with the confidence that I can do it too.
Most of the time, though, I just wind up crashing and cursing. :)

My interesting way is to run MBTR - if you can put six or seven quick
laps in *that* game, F1 is a freaking blast afterwards!
