What type of monitor and video card does he have? Can he load it in
regular VGA mode?  More details man! If you give a half ass description,

Nah!, if your friend has a S3 chip in his video card, download GO95 from
multimedia(stealth), set it
to regular vga setting and N2 with come up in svga . Believe me , I got
it to work with a vga monitor that had a S3 chip.

The game uses a SVGA interface, the actual racing can be set to VGA but all
the other screens are in SVGA.... your neighbor needs to get a SVGA
monitor.
