Has any one played Xpand Rally yet?

I just saw at fileplanet.com that a movie of Xpand Rally was posted and it
looked pretty darn cool, a lot like Colin McRae Rally 2..  Has anyone had a
chance to play it?

Also, does anyone know when Colin McRae Rally 3 is going to hit the PC?
