Here's a rough draft.  Anyone care to add anything?

1. The Search Engine - Want to know what wheel is best?  Don't have a clue
as to what the abbreviation WSC describes?  Can't figure out how to get GPL
to run under Win 2000?  Don't struggle through these tough questions all by
yourself, use a search engine.  A search engine is a web site devoted to
"searching" the internet and providing you answers to your questions.  It's
both easier and quicker than posting a question that's been asked dozens of
time in rec.autos.simulators.  There are dozens of search engines to choose
from.  Among them are:

    http://www.racesimcentral.net/
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/***.com
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/
    http://www.racesimcentral.net/

Overwhelmed by the number of search engines?  There are even search engines
for search engines.  http://www.racesimcentral.net/

You missed the only search engine you really ever need.

R.A.S. FAQ

Yep.....If you don't want to help others, don't. I've received a lot of help
from the folks here and I appreciate it. The opinions of the people here are
much more valuable to me than strangers websites.

Who said no one wants to help?  Almost everyone in this group is very
helpful and has been extremely helpful in the past.  That help is still
available and it can be found in a very good search engine at
http://groups.google.com.  Why ask a question that's been asked and answered
"helpfully" many times before?

I agree, I think its a very helpful resource and should be used fullym I
think Daddyo618 just got the wrong end of the stick.  What you meant is to
have a look there first then ask the question if it hasnt been answered
properly, which I think is a great suggestion.

Great FAQ, I can see you must have put a lot of thought and work into
this, but I reckon it could do with just one small addition:
