Hi,

My friend has an AST Advantage computer ( I don't know the model) and the
graphics in VGA, or SVGA are missing pixels. He has tried multiple
installation techniques but still has the same problem. I know info on
the graphics card would help but he doesn't know what's inside. If anyone
has had the same problem and a possible fix please mail me.

Try running it with (and without) the UniVBE drivers. Try getting
updated VESA drivers from the video card manufacturer, loading them
first (and then not using the UniVBE in N2)
