PII CPU question

by John McClare » Wed, 20 May 1998 04:00:00

I am going to a local computer show this weekend and I am looking for a PII
cpu.
What do I need to look out for?  Are INTEL cpu's made out of the USA or only
in the USA.  Please let me know of ANY things I need to look out for.

Thanks a bunch,

John

Hi John,

You better wait!

According to Intel's price roadmap a PII-300 is listed $370 in May,
$300 in June and $200 in July. Thus, you can except a major drop in
prices in the next couple of months.

Cheers!

Remco

Other good information on CPU's, projected prices and computer stuff is at

Good luck :-)
