Download BelArc Advisor, run it, and it will give you your Product ID.
Hopefully you can still boot into Safe Mode.

I have an Excell Spreadsheet with all of my serial numbers.

I also mark it on the original CD's.

AND I make stickers and attach them to the manuals that came with it.

Yeah but if you can't install the OS, how can you load Excel or a backup CD
to read them? ;-P

(I know I know, read them on another PC but hey don't mess with my lame joke

On my *copies* of Win98SE, the serial number was printed on the cover of the
users manuals and not on the box. If you have the small paperback book (with
a holgram somewhere on it), look on the front cover above the bar code.
