N2DEMO won't run with 586/160Mhz 16Mb RAM

All,

I got the demo and tried it on my work PC which is a P100 16Mb.

I took the file home and tried it on my AMD 586/160Mhz 16Mb system.
Usually my 586 kills my P100 at work.  The demo loads, and I can look
at the options and etc.  If I look at driver info or select DRIVE,
the system bombs, fills the screen with Code and goes to the dos prompt.
Any ideas?

The file is fine.  The DEMO actually has PENTIUM ONLY code.
Since the 586 is a wanna-be pentium, it doesn't work.
