I downloaded Track LasVegas.zip from geocities.com.  Had no trouble unzipping and
executing.  It created a Lasvegas folder with all necessary files.  Why doesn't that track
come up in Nascar2?  Do I need something else other than what came with Nascar2?

You have to edit the calendar file.  This is the new way N2 accesses
tracks.  Just add a line in one of the calendar files and you'll be set.

You've got to make sure that the calendar file name is
EXACTLY the same as the file name in the "track".txt file.
Otherwise, N2 can't find it to list it.  In other words,
don't put 'daytona' in the calendar file if the track file
was FIS.

N2HQ solved my problem. It solves a lot of problem and makes installation much easier.

I am having the same type problems with Indy & DIS (don't remember which
site I downloaded from) any way after downloading tracks and dat files
and executing the unzipped files and following the instructions on
updating the calender file I still can not select one of the tracks from
the track menu(they are not listed).  The track folders are present in
the track directory and appear to be complete and the tracks are listed
in the calender file as entry 29 30 and 31(2 for Dis) but neither of the
tracks are listed in any of the 3 track menus(I have the expansion
pack).  Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this poroblem also.
Thanks, Paul.
