NR2002 Good FPS

Is your resolution in the game different than your Windows resolution?
Because going from 85 to 37 does not compute.  If 85 is your Windows
refresh rate and you are playing NR2002 at a different resolution, you
may still be getting 75 in game, which would then drop to 37 if it can't
keep up.

Eldred, the voodoo cards have never been good OpenGL performers, just the nVidia cards...
